Policy Development Creating fundraisers is the best policy that deals with the cleanup of vandalism. Creating fundraisers will help schools earn money for fixing or cleaning up any vandalism that they have. However, the disadvantage of creating fundraisers is that we may not have enough participants and the vandals might continue to vandalize schools.
Government is not allowed to interfere with a person’s freedom of belief. This proposed policy does not violate this limit on the power of government. Creating fundraisers will not harm anyone and it will help our community come together and fix this problem. In addition, it provides games and activities for people to participate and this opportunity will help people have a voice and freedom to protest. Government is not allowed to place unreasonable and unfair limits on a person’s right to express him or herself in speech, writing, or by other means. Creating fundraisers does not violate this limit on the power of government because it will only help clean up the schools. This opportunity will help people express themselves through any way they want. Also, people can offer ideas during the fundraisers, so that vandalism can come to an end. Government is not allowed to take a person’s life, liberty, or property without giving that person a fair hearing in a court of law or before another authorized agency of government. Our proposed policy does not violate this limit on the power of government because creating fundraisers will allow adults and children to just have fun. No one will be in court for participating at fundraisers. Government is not allowed to invade the privacy of a person’s home or business without a very good reason for doing so (aka a warrant). This is supported by the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. Our proposal policy does not violate this limit on the power of government because the fundraisers will be located at various places with fun and safe activities. Government is not allowed to make laws that unreasonably or unfairly discriminate against people on the basis of race, age, ethnic group, or gender. Our proposed policy does not violate this limit on the power of government. Everyone will be able to participate in the fundraisers no matter what race, age, group, or gender they are. Vandalism is a terrible destruction to our school communities. Besides repairing damage to structures, covering graffiti, replacing ruined property, there are other high costs to vandalism. Publicly viewable vandalism changes the atmosphere of a place. It may give the impression that the people in the area do not value their space and that the area is not well-protected. Therefore, having fundraisers will help fix this problem, and, plus, it does not violate the federal and state constitutions and laws. According to our first amendment in the U.S. Constitution, we have the right to have freedom of speech. This means that we could protest about the beliefs of vandalism. Overall, all the money earned from the fundraisers will go towards cleaning for school communities and installing security cameras to catch the vandals. We will not use it for self-portrait, and school communities can soon be clean. Lastly, the Executive Branch will be carrying out our suggested policy. This is because they handle the money. Also, the state goverment should be responsible for carrying out our policy. This is because states are governed by their own constitutions and retain any rights that the U.S. Constitution does not exclusively grant to the federal government. |
Teachers and students can work together to brainstorm ideas for their fundraiser. They can have their own original ideas for making money to help their school get rid of any vandalism that is harming their environment.
Security cameras can be installed and they can catch vandals. This won't intrude on any of the government's requirements because it does not violate any laws, and this act is constitutional. It is perfectly acceptable to put security cameras on school property, especially if the school needs them. It is the school's place to decide what they want to do, and this is the way that they will go.
